We need your help! Many Hearing Dogs that have recently found homes have not been sponsored. Each Hearing Dog costs $7,000 to care for, train, and place. These valuable helpers are always provided free of charge to each recipient. Every Hearing Dog’s cost must be sponsored, which allows the staff at IHDI to adopt more dogs to train and place with the many people who are in need. The special canine helpers listed below have already made their way home, but they haven’t been sponsored. Can you please help one of them? When you choose your sponsor ship level and Hearing Dog, you will receive a letter about the latest news and stories of your sponsored dog. By supporting our summer “Paws Across America” program, you are helping each of these dogs get to their new home, where they are needed to help alert their owner to sounds they cannot hear. Each Hearing Dog brings many years of service and loving companionship to the person it is placed with.
